Menopause Support

Health & Wellbeing Services

From Period To Menopause:

Women’s Menopause Café

A welcoming and supportive space for women to talk openly about menopause. We create a relaxed environment where you can share experiences, ask questions, and explore topics such as symptoms, emotions, wellbeing, and lifestyle changes.

About the Session

Each session provides:

  • A safe, informal space for open conversation

  • Opportunities to share personal experiences (only if you feel comfortable)

  • Support around physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes

  • Signposting to additional resources where needed

There’s no pressure to speak—simply listening is absolutely fine.
