Community Engagement & Research

Families & Community

At ShipShape Community Hub, we work closely with local residents to build stronger, healthier communities.

Our activities include:

  • Sharing clear and accessible information about local health, wellbeing, and community services

  • Engaging directly with residents to understand their needs, experiences, barriers, and challenges

  • Conducting community research in partnership with Sheffield Hallam University’s research team

  • Delivering co‑production workshops with community members to help shape our services, ensuring they reflect real voices and lived experiences

  • Creating opportunities for residents to influence and contribute to the development of future support
