Dementia Small Grants Programme

The Dementia Small Grants Programme provides funding for local groups, community organisations, and grassroots projects that support people living with dementia and their carers.

The aim of the programme is to support inclusive and meaningful activities that:

• Improve wellbeing

• Reduce isolation

• Create more dementia-friendly communities

• Provide opportunities for social connection, creativity, and support

This funding helps local initiatives make a positive difference in the lives of people affected by dementia.
