Our Dementia STAR Training is a three-day programme designed to build awareness, understanding, and practical skills to better support people living with dementia. The sessions are engaging, informative, and suitable for a range of learners.
What we offer
Through this training, you will:
Gain an understanding of how dementia affects the brain
Learn how it impacts communication, memory, and behaviour
Develop practical skills to confidently support individuals living with dementia
Participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
Who is it for
This training is open to carers, professionals, volunteers, and anyone in the community who wants to improve their knowledge and make a positive difference in supporting people affected by dementia.
