Diabetes Education & Self-Management Programme

This culturally tailored programme helps individuals understand Type 2 diabetes, treatment options, and how lifestyle choices impact long‑term health. Information is delivered in multiple languages to remove barriers and support better understanding.

About the Session

For individuals living with ongoing or persistent pain, offering both emotional and practical support for everyday life.


Running every third Wednesday of the Month. 1:30-2:30 pm.

  • Gentle wellbeing strategies

  • Supportive, understanding group space


Who It Is For

Adults living with chronic pain, regardless of diagnosis.

The group is open - no referral needed

Men's Diabetes Cafe

About The Session

A relaxed, men‑only Open Day, a space to talk openly about diabetes, lifestyle, and health challenges in a supportive, understanding environment.

What We Offer

  • Peer support and conversation

  • Health and lifestyle tips

  • Tea, coffee, and a relaxed social atmosphere

  • Signposting to further services


Who Is It For

Men of all ages living with diabetes or supporting someone with the condition.
